Our craft

Five crafts. One studio.

We run an actual workshop in Sault Ste. Marie — printers humming, lasers cutting, resin curing. Here's what happens behind the door.

fonebazaar started as a single 3D printer in a spare room. Four years later we run five crafts side-by-side — and that was on purpose. Most local shops do one thing. We do five so that when an idea crosses disciplines — a wedding gift that needs both engraved wood and a custom-printed centerpiece, a brand kit that wants tees and decals in the same week — you have one studio, one conversation, one pickup.

3D Printing

From digital file to physical object.

We run both filament (FDM) and resin (SLA) printers side-by-side, so the right tool gets the right job. Functional parts in PLA, PETG, or ABS; high-detail figures and jewellery masters in resin. One-offs are welcome — so are small runs.

The studio

A real workshop. A real corner of Sault Ste. Marie.

We're not a dropshipper. We're a small workshop on 253 Bruce Stin Sault Ste. Marie, run by a team that answers WhatsApp messages themselves. When you order a piece, someone whose name you know picks the material, runs the machine, and inspects the final result before it ships or gets handed over. That's why our lead times are honest and our quality is consistent — nothing is subcontracted.

How it works

From idea to object in six steps.

Tell us the idea

WhatsApp us with a rough description, photo, sketch, or finished file. No need to be technical — "a trophy for our hockey league finals" is enough to start.

We scope it

You'll get a short message back: feasibility, material recommendation, quote, and timeline. Usually within the hour during studio hours.

You approve

Nothing is made until you say yes. For custom pieces we send a preview render or rough sample before full production.

We make it

Your piece enters the queue. For multi-step work (e.g., resin with 48hr cure, t-shirts with wash-in) we'll send progress updates.

Quality check

Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves the studio. Flaws don't ship. If a piece doesn't meet our bar, we remake it — no charge.

Pickup or delivery

Pay on pickup in Sault Ste. Marie, or we pack and ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping is quoted transparently on WhatsApp.

Good to know

Questions we get asked.

Yes — most of our custom work starts that way. Send whatever you have on WhatsApp. For 3D or laser jobs, we'll either redraw in vector or ask follow-up questions about dimensions and finishes.

Let's make yours.

A photo, a sketch, a rough description — send whatever you have. We reply within the hour during studio hours.
